Welcome to the Eldonian Community Based Housing Association

Originally set up as a Housing Co-operative in 1983 by tenants from Eldon Street and Burlington Street. The homes of these residents were scheduled for demolition: this would have meant that the community would have been broken up and the people scattered to different parts of Merseyside.

Over thirty years later the association manages over 380 properties within the Vauxhall area maintaining close ties with residents and local organisations for the benefit of the community.
