Your Village Needs you, you and you!

As part of ECBHA commitment to transparency openness and Scrutiny and as required by the Regulator for Social Housing , ECBHA are setting up a resident scrutiny group which will include residents, staff and board members.

This is a great opportunity to have your say and help shape how ECBHA delivers its services, what we do and how we do it. The Group will agree with the Team and Board three topics a year relating to the services we provide; the panel will be supported to investigate them and report back any recommendations for changes and improvements.

The scrutiny group will meet 3 times a year to scrutinise 3 different topics these could be Empty Homes, Allocations, Rent Setting, Repairs or something else.

If you are interested in joining the Scrutiny group, please get in touch with the office with your details on or before Friday 22nd November 2024.

During the following week, commencing Monday 25th November, you will be contacted to arrange a follow up meeting, talk more about what scrutiny involves and receive information on what happens next.
