RSH Withdraws ECBHA Regulatory Notice

As the festive season sparkles well into view, we are delighted to share both our warmest festive wishes and particularly wonderful news.

ECBHA is pleased to confirm that the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has removed the Regulatory Notice it served on ECBHA in 2021.  In doing so the RSH is demonstrating its satisfaction that ECBHA is operating in compliance with its Regulatory Standards.

This achievement symbolises our sustained and renewed commitment to transparency, strong financial controls, excellent governance, meaningful tenant engagement, robust health and safety and clear accountability. Foundations for a strong independent community focused housing association with confidence, stability, and pride, to build an even brighter future for generations to come.

We thank the wide range of stakeholders, advisors and professionals that have supported this journey alongside the dedicated management, staff, and Board members. We also thank the RSH for its scrutiny, objectivity and guidance. Most importantly we thank Eldonian Village residents who have been central to this journey.
