Important notice on the recent online news posting – Livpost, BBC News and Liverpool Echo

On the BBC, Liverpool Echo and Livpost / Liverpool Post online news postings, it has come to our attention there has been a number of online news articles in early September 2024, which reference the Charity Commission looking at the governance of the Eldonian Community Trust and mention the ‘Eldonian Village’.

We would like to clarify that the ECBHA is not connected to the ‘Eldonian Community Trust Ltd’, or any other business with the name ‘Eldonian’ within it.

We would also like to clarify that we have not instructed any solicitors to act on behalf of the ECBHA.
