Important Notice on the Recent Online News Posting – Livpost

On the Livpost / Liverpool Post online news postings, it has come to our attention there has been an online news article in late March 2025, which references the Charity Commission looking at the governance of the Eldonian Community Trust and mention of the ‘Eldonian Village’.

We would like to clarify that the ECBHA is not connected to the ‘Eldonian Community Trust Ltd’, or any other business with the name ‘Eldonian’ within it.

We would also like to clarify that we have not instructed any solicitors to act on behalf of the ECBHA.
