Important notice on the recent Charity Commission press release about Eldonian Community Trust Limited

On 5 November 2024, the Charity Commission issued a press release advising ‘The Charity Commission, the regulator of charities in England and Wales, has appointed Interim Managers to Eldonian Community Trust Limited’.

We would like to clarify that the ECBHA is a separate legal entity to the ‘Eldonian Community Trust Ltd’, or any other business with the name ‘Eldonian’ within it.

We would also like to clarify that we have not instructed any solicitors to act on behalf of the ECBHA.
